The KFORK fork valves modification kit consist of Rebound & Compression pistons made from a single piece of Ergal with fluxed holes machined to a precise tolerance, pyramid shim packs with an incremental progression curve, high sliding O-rings & band seals along with high performance synthetic oil SAE 2.5
Fork Oil is made by Fuch's Silkolene to Bitubo's specifications and is available SAE 2.5 5 10 & 15 weights
Fork Springs are made from CrSi steel alloy with thermo and shot-peening treatment. Mounting instructions with the type and level oil specification for each model.
For older Moto Guzzi, Bitubo have the gas pressurised ABA fork cartridges
BMW F800GS, Kawasaki ER-6n & other fork cartridges have an Ergal Top Cap with spring preload adjustment. Gas pressurised & including fork springs & oil
