Product Features

KDX Forks for 04-06
CBR1000RR, 04-05 & 06 ZX10R, 03-04 & 05 GSXR1000 and 04-05 & 06 YZFR1 are
designed to use the standard triple clamps and brake calipers/discs. They
offer spring preload 0 - 15mm, rebound 20 clicks, 18 click hi & low speed
compression and have 43mmŲ NiCrMo steel fork tubes coated in TiCN. The
sleeves and components are manufactured from Ergal 7075.

Mount Kit include wheel
pivot bushes and spacers allowing a quick and easy fitment of the KDX forks
to your listed bike whilst the carbon fibre guard fits like a glove.

The YCE Racing cartridges
with fork springs are for a limited range of new SuperSport and Superbikes.
They are manufactured having an Ergal damping rod coated with a special anti
friction coating and have larger diameter pistons & valves for better
hydraulic control. The top fork cap is made from Ergal 7075 and the
cartridges offer spring preload adjustment and have a 20 click rebound
adjuster.

The KFORK fork valves
modification kit consist of Rebound & Compression pistons made from a single
piece of Ergal with fluxed holes machined to a precise tolerance, pyramid
shim packs with an incremental progression curve, high sliding O-rings &
band seals along with high performance synthetic oil SAE 2.5

Fork Oil is made by
Fuch's Silkolene to Bitubo's specifications and is available SAE 2.5 5
10 & 15 weights

Fork Springs are made
from CrSi steel alloy with thermo and shot-peening treatment. Mounting
instructions with the type and level oil specification for each model.
- For older Moto Guzzi, Bitubo have the gas
pressurised ABA fork cartridges
- Kawasaki ER-6n fork cartridges have an Ergal Top
Cap with spring preload adjustment. Gas pressurised & including fork springs
