Model Stator Kit No Description
Banshee            RD250/RD350 LC  RZ250/RZ350 STK-040 Internal Rotor Ignition only high performance system for 2 cylinder 2 stroke motorcycles with firing angle of 180 degrees. No battery required eliminatingcharging problems as well as being lighter. Has specific advance curve for maximum preformance. System is lightweight and the rotor (418gms) has low inertia for rapid acceleration. Totally reliable, race proven.
YR5  YDS7      RD250/350AB         RD250/400DX STK-400 External Rotor Electronic ignition and 3 phase modern alternator, replaces original alternator and control system. Solid state one piece regulator rectifier for battery charging. External pulse coil enables very accurate & stable timing set-up, eliminating fiddly contact breakers etc. Electronic ignition utilises the original HT coils making fitting simple. New HT coils are availble if required.
TD1  TD2   250cc              (RH Fitting) STK-425 Internal Rotor Ignition only high performance system for 2 cylinder 2 stroke motorcycles with firing angle of 180 degrees. No battery required eliminatingcharging problems as well as being lighter. Has specific advance curve for maximum preformance. System is lightweight and the rotor (418gms) has low inertia for rapid acceleration. Totally reliable, race proven.
TZ350 STK-043 Internal Rotor Ignition only high performance system for 2 cylinder 2 stroke motorcycles with firing angle of 180 degrees. No battery required eliminatingcharging problems as well as being lighter. Has specific advance curve for maximum preformance. System is lightweight and the rotor (418gms) has low inertia for rapid acceleration. Totally reliable, race proven.
TY175 STK-475   (Uses original rotor) Replaces original fixed timing points system with CDI electronic ignition.Utilises the original flywheel for simplicity and low cost. Electronic advance of 16 degrees is specifically developed to give the TY smooth tractable power, ideal for trials. Starting is very easy with ignition at only 150rpm. Optional STK-475L version has a 75watt AC output for lighting, controlled by a regulator (supplied) to prevent bulb failure.
TY250 STK-402L (Uses original rotor) High energy CDI ignition system with electronic advance for smooth tractable power delivery, specifically designed for trials. This system utilises the original flywheel for simplicity and low cost. Very easy to fit and set-up without the need for specialist engineering facilities. Fitting instructions provided. Ignition version also available.
XT500 STK-405L High energy CDI ignition system for easy starting even when engine is hot. Simple lighting coil approx 75watt output with AC regulator for 6v or 12v.
XT500 MX/Race STK-407  Internal Rotor Simple to fit, no machining required. High energy self generating cdi ignition system. The stator is designed for operation within the engine environment. The stator produces the energy and timing signal which feed the combined cdi, producing a high voltage spark, very easy to start when cold or hot. Low flywheel mass allows for rapid acceleration.
